I first met Andre Leite around 2006/2007 (if I'm not mistaken) when he was a voice coach at Music Hall, a music school in the town of Pindamonhangaba, São Paulo. He was undoubtedly a talented vocalist, I concluded.
Years later, Andre joined the band Iahweh and it was he participated in 2011 in one of the compilations I organised with CYBER10 Net-Label, called Metal Storm in the edition "Finland Brazil" with song Neblim, which the band recorded with an philharmonic orchestra (Orquestra Filarmônica do Cone Leste Paulista).
Fast forward to 2018 when I learned Andre Leite joined the band ID2. I went check the songs I was impressed: A very good melodic rock, with deep and strongly Christian lyrics.
In 2019 I heard the would play near my home, a 25-minute walk to precise, in an open area for free. So in a cold winter evening on the nineteenth of July in 2019 I was there with about 100 people waiting for the band to start playing in that very cozy square named after our last Emperor Dom Pedro II. We were very well surrounded: First by Santana parish and second by IBAD (theology courses), the mood was great, even though the cold and the full moon would give a Gothic touch to that evening.

Apart from a high skilled performance of all band members, Andre Leite made the concert something very personal, it was not only playing and leaving, Andre talked to the public, interact with them and gave us almost a preaching also using his personal testimony to give us a Christian message about a life with God. It was indeed an evening to be forever in the hearts and memories of those who were there.
